　　改進(jìn)之處：

　　1、要多關(guān)注差生，對(duì)一些不愛(ài)舉手發(fā)言、比較害羞的學(xué)生，教師還要多給他們表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)，課堂上要及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)、表?yè)P(yáng)他們，以消除自卑的心理，增強(qiáng)他們學(xué)英語(yǔ)的自信心。

　　2、當(dāng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)表述不暢時(shí)，教師需要耐心的引導(dǎo)、鼓勵(lì)。
